Nowadays, smoking becomes a trend especially to teenagers. They see smoking in a positive way, a way out of stress and etc. However, it is indicated that “smoking is dangerous to your health” can you imagine, your life is compared to a stick of cigarette? To take off that fear betterstop smoking. If you find it hard to stop the obsession, then you have to take it slow.
Try to search some information from the internet and books. No one can help you except yourself. If you need to be deprive then control yourself. The best thing that you can do to stop smoking is to avoid temptation. If your friends are still doing the habit, you have to stay away from them. Next is to find alternatives for smoking. Mostly, when we are stressed we tend to smoke, so do something to be amused, go out with your family, watch exciting sports or anything just to prevent you from smoking.
It’s normal to crave for a cigarette in the first two weeks of your practice, but then you have to control, make it one stick every day, and then slowly abolished its presence.
One day you will wake up without thinking cigarettes anymore. It’s a great accomplishment to save yourself from danger. You will live longer long with your family who are now secure from any sickness of inhaling the smoke. Stop smoking if you want to spend a happy life with your love ones.
